Back on my total raw path for a WHILE (months and months) completely off the plan.  I had meat, ice cream, diet coke, etc.  I did the dang thing, as they say.  I paid for it too.  Why?  Stress mainly.  Coping with food.

On Sunday,  I weighed in at 207 pounds.  Disgusted.

This morning I was 203.5.  Much better.  I’m going to keep on going raw.  Feeling very Detox-y today.  Good sign.

Start Weight: 207 pounds
First Goal: 187 pounds
Overall Goal: 140 pounds

I almost gave up.  Since my last post I have been raw about 20% of the time.  This weekend I decided that I can’t live like this anymore.  I have to commit.  Yesterday I was raw except a cookie.  Today I was raw except 6 shrimp on my salad and a hand full of dark chocolate m&ms.  This is ok.  I’m giving myself time to get back from 20% to 80-90%.  Sigh.  Smile.

I did really, really well today.

  • OJ for Breakfast
  • 1 Banana
  • Handful of raw peanuts (waited too long for lunch)
  • Large salad with red onion, carrots, olives, broccoli garbanzo beans, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
  • 3 nut balls (soaked raw almonds and walnuts with agave and dates) – not really hungry this evening.  Salad filled me up
  • Another glass of OJ

I’m starting the 21 Day Challenge in the middle of already doing P90X with my boyfriend.  Headed off to do tonight’s work out now.
