Raw Food Rehab is a good resource to start with:
http://rawfoodrehab.ning.com/?xg_source=msg_mes_network

I did A LOT of reading first before I fully understood how to get the most out of going raw.

Here’s one of the cookbooks that I bought:http://www.amazon.com/Goddess-Raw-Foods-Nwenna-Kai/dp/1439232539/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1303413969&sr=8-1

And another good site is Raw Reform: http://www.RawReform.com

If you start poking around online you will find all kinds of resources, including some free ebooks on preparing raw foods.

Hope this helps!

~K

Can you send me some links or email some additional resources on how to get started? Please advise and thank you.

It’s a community of raw foodies from around the world. They have all kinds of information on there that I found very useful when I did my last challenge.

Let me know if you end up joining.

Just FYI 🙂

I’m gearing up for my second raw challenge starting Monday. I call it a challenge because during that time I am between 70-90% raw. Last year after I finished I learned somethings about myself and my body that helped me learn how to take better care of myself. It makes you so aware of what you what eat and how that affects the rest of you. And I, like you, won’t be 100% raw all the time. There are other nutrients you need and can get from grains, legumes, etc. And let’s face it, raw beans just won’t work!
