I am a life coach who works with people just like yourself who are working on developing a healthier lifestyle and learning to really love themselves for who they are, not for what magical number the scale has for the day. I have also (and still do) struggle with food issues. I have come a long way to living a much healthier lifestyle and I applaud you for what you have accomplished.
